Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of aciclovir in herpes simplex virus infection and varicella zoster virus infection (2 arms), sponsored by International Bio Service. Primary endpoints: Plasma Area Under the Curve (AUC(0 to 36 Hour)) for Acyclovir and Peak Plasma Concentration (Cmax) of Acyclovir. Planned start Feb 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
