Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of florbenguane F-18 in neuroblastoma, pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma (PGL), sponsored by Innervate Radiopharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Norepinephrine Transporter (NET) expression at 22 days and Quantitation of 18F-mFBG uptake in sampled tissue at 30 days. Planned start Jan 2025; status: withdrawn.
