Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of pafolacianine in cancer, osteosarcoma (OS), synovial sarcoma (SS) and 5 more, sponsored by Ann & Robert H Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Primary endpoints: Sensitivity of Near-infrared (NIR) imaging for metastatic nodule identification at 1 day and False-Positive Rate of Near-infrared (NIR) imaging for metastatic nodule identification at 1 day.
