Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of panobinostat, lenalidomide and pyrimethamine in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1) (7 arms), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Cell-associated HIV RNA at 1 day and Adverse Events at 14 days. Planned start Apr 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
