Phase 1, randomised trial in cocaine use disorder (CUD) comparing Drug: Exenatide 2 mg [Bydureon] with Drug: Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of up to 10 active cocaine doses at 6 weeks and Subjective Effects at 6 weeks. Planned start Aug 2024; status: withdrawn.
