Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Neurogenic Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction (NLUTD) comparing Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) 25 mg with Cannabidiol (CBD) 50 mg (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Symbol Digit Modality Test at 15 weeks and Neurogenic Bladder Symptom Score at 15 weeks. Started Dec 2025; status: recruiting.
