Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in cardiovascular disease (CVD) comparing Propranolol with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in levels of pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 in response to social stress and Change in levels of inflammatory gene expression in response to social stress. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
