Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP) comparing dexamethasone + standard of care with Placebo + Standard of care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Clinical cure rate at the test-of-cure visit and Rate of all-cause mortality at Day 28. Started Mar 2024; status: recruiting.
