Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of NOV-1776 in acute gouty arthritis and acute pain (3 cohorts), sponsored by Novilla Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Treatment-Related Adverse Events as Assessed by CTCAE v5.0 at 15 days and Area Under the Plasma Concentration Versus Time Curve (AUC) of topical ketorolac tromethamine at 15 days.
