Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of spironolactone, eplerenone and torasemide in hypertension (HTN) (5 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Cardiology. Primary endpoints: Patients with uncontrolled BP on ABPM at 1 week, Patients with controlled BP after 12 weeks on triple SPC and 1 more. Started Oct 2023; status: recruiting.
