Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) comparing Tadalafil and Exercise Arm with Placebo and Exercise Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Vascular responsiveness after muscle contraction to a single dose of tadalafil at 4 weeks and Cycling time to fatigue at 6 months. Started Jun 2024; status: recruiting.
