Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) comparing ordastobart (INBRX-106) plus pembrolizumab with pembrolizumab monotherapy (+ placebo in phase 3 part) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Objective Response Rate at 1 year, Progression-Free Survival at 4 years and 1 more. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
