Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of racecadotril in diarrhea (2 arms), sponsored by Pharma Nueva. Primary endpoints: Plasma Area Under the Curve (AUC(0-36hr)) for Racecadotril and Peak Plasma Concentration (Cmax) of Racecadotril. Planned start Aug 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
