Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of nivolumab and durvalumab in rectal cancer, sponsored by University Medical Center Groningen. Primary endpoints: Safety of nivolumab-800CW in combination with durvalumab-680LT at 24 hours, Feasibility of using fluorescence molecular endoscopy (FME) and ex vivo FMI at 12 months and 3 more.
