Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of pegozafermin in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) (3 arms), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With at Least an Improvement of Fibrosis ≥1 Stage Without Worsening of Steatohepatitis at 52 weeks, Number of Participants With Resolution of Steatohepatitis Without Worsening of Fibrosis at 52 weeks and 1 more.
