Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of autologous mesenchymal stem cells in critical limb ischemia (CLI), Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and leg ulcer (2 arms), sponsored by Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu. Primary endpoints: Major Amputation at 120 days and Ulcer Healing at 120 days. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
