Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in ulcerative colitis (UC) comparing PF-07054894 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of participants with adverse events (AE) or serious adverse events (SAE) at 11 weeks, Number of participants with clinically meaningful change from baseline in laboratory tests results at Day 14 and 6 more.
