Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) and dry eye disease (DED) comparing AZR-MD-001 with Vehicle (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in Meibomian Glands Yielding Liquid Secretion at 3 months and Change from baseline in Total Ocular Surface Disease Index Score at 3 months. Started May 2024; status: active, not recruiting.
