Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in intracranial atherosclerosis (ICAD) comparing Butylphthalide Group with Placebo Group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in degree of atherosclerotic stenosis in the symptomatic middle cerebral artery at 180 days. Planned start Mar 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
