Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of cannabis extract and nicotine inhaler in cannabis use disorder (CUD) (3 arms), sponsored by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Maximum concentration of THC in plasma up to 21 days, Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from 0-360 minutes up to 21 days and 1 more.
