Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of sodium bicarbonate in calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis and Uric Acid Nephrolithiasis (2 arms), sponsored by University of California, Irvine. Primary endpoints: Change in 24-hour Urinary pH at 12 weeks and Change in 24-hour Urinary Citrate at 12 weeks. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
