Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in Helicobacter pylori infection comparing TNP-2092 + Rabeprazole with Placebo + Rabeprazole (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Area Under the Plasma Concentration Versus Time Curve Extrapolated to Infinity at Day 15, Area Under the Plasma Concentration Versus Time Curve from 0 to the Last Measurable Concentration at Day 15 and 2 more.
