Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of triheptanoin in Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex deficiency (PDCD). Primary endpoints: Number of participants who report side-effects related to gastrointestinal (GI) distress at 24 months, Normalization of biochemical markers of disease (lactate) at 24 months and 8 more.
