Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of EGFRt/19-28z/IL-12 CAR T-lymphocytes in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), follicular lymphoma (FL) and 2 more (2 cohorts), sponsored by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events up to 5 years and Maximal tolerated dose. Started Nov 2024; status: terminated.
