Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in nyctalopia comparing 0.75% phentolamine ophthalmic solution with phentolamine ophthalmic solution vehicle (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of Subjects With >= 15 Letters (3 Lines) Improvement in mesopic Low Contrast Visual Acuity at 15 days. Started Apr 2024; status: completed.
