Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of sintilimab in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) (3 arms), sponsored by The Fifth Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Rate of HBsAg loss at 48 weeks and Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events/serious adverse events at 48 weeks. Started May 2024; status: active, not recruiting.
