Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of inqovi in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), sponsored by Case Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Global DNA methylation status at 12 months and Immunogenicity of ASTX27 in combination with Nivolumab at 12 months. Planned start Jun 2024; status: withdrawn.
