Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of prulacabtagene leucel in lupus nephritis (LN), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis (SSc) and 3 more (3 arms), sponsored by Adicet Bio. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Subjects with Dose Limiting Toxicities at 28 days and Proportion of treatment emergent and treatment related adverse events at 2 years.
