Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of [123I]I-DARPIN-Ec1 in lung cancer and ovarian cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Tomsk National Research Medical Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Primary endpoints: Gamma camera-based whole-body [123I]I-DARPIN-Ec1 uptake value at 24 hours, SPECT-based [123I]I-DARPIN-Ec1 value in tumor lesions at 6 hours and 2 more.
