Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of dasatinib and venetoclax in t-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), T-cell lymphoma and mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) (3 arms), sponsored by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Primary endpoints: Minimal residual disease (MRD)-negativity rate in patients with T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and MRD-negativity rate in patients with ETP or near ETP ALL.
