Randomised, open-label trial of mesenchymal stem cells and endothelial progenitor cell-derived exosomes in pilonidal sinus disease (4 arms). Primary endpoints: Wound healing time at 3 weeks, Cosmetic results at 2 months and 5 more. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
