Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of mevrometostat in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Total recovery of radioactivity in urine, feces, and total excreta at Day 14 and Metabolic profiling/identification and determination of relative abundance at Day 14.
