Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of Nirmatrelvir (4 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Area Under Curve from time zero to 48 hours post dose (nirmatrelvir) and Peak plasma concentration (nirmatrelvir) at 48 hours. Planned start Aug 2025; status: withdrawn.
