Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) comparing DD01 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of subjects who achieve at least 30% liver fat reduction measured by MRI-PDFF at 12 weeks. Started Jun 2024; status: completed.
