Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of cyclophosphamide and hematopoietic stem cells in aplastic anemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), acquired pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) and 1 more (2 arms), sponsored by Masonic Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Incidence of grade 3-4 acute GvHD at 1 year, Incidence of chronic GvHD-free, failure-free survival (GFFS) at 1 year and 1 more. Started Jun 2024; status: recruiting.
