Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of GC012 in myasthenia gravis (MG), sponsored by Zhejiang University. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Dose-Limiting Toxicity at 28 days, Frequency and severity of abnormal findings in electrocardiograms at 96 weeks and 3 more. Planned start Dec 2024; status: withdrawn.
