Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of aflibercept in diabetic macular edema (DME) (2 arms), sponsored by Bayer. Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) by Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study (ETDRS) letter score at Week 48. Started May 2024; status: completed.
