Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of naltrexone in alcohol use disorder (AUD) (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in alcohol use (number of drinking days, amount used per day) at 12 weeks, Changes from baseline in peripheral immune biomarkers associated with inflammation at 12 weeks and 4 more. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
