Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in chronic constipation comparing Ornidazole + WMT with Placebo + WMT (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Response rate of complete spontaneous bowel movements at 8 weeks, Change in Constipation Assessment Scale at 8 weeks and 1 more. Planned start Jun 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
