Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of dexamethasone in oral lichen planus (OLP) and oral lichenoid reaction (OLR) (3 arms), sponsored by Tufts University. Primary endpoint: Systemic absorption of a standard dose of dexamethasone oral rinse at 2 hours. Planned start May 2025; status: withdrawn.
