Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of ketamine in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and intracranial hypertension (IH) (2 arms), sponsored by Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine. Primary endpoints: Number of ICP elevations greater than 22 mmHg for greater than 5 minutes at 5 days and Mean Intracranial Pressure at 5 days. Started Sep 2024; status: suspended.
