Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of nanoliposomal irinotecan in gastric cancer (GC) and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, sponsored by Zhejiang Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: Objective Response Rate at 1 year and Disease Control Rate at 1 year. Planned start May 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
