Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in ocular redness comparing Apraclonidine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution with Vehicle (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean change from baseline in investigator-assessed ocular redness at 15 minutes post-instillation on Day 1 and Mean change from baseline in investigator-assessed ocular redness at 10 hours (600 minutes) post-instillation on Day 1.
