Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of mivocabtagene autoleucel in multiple sclerosis (MS) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Bruce Cree. Primary endpoints: Presence of CAR-T cells in CSF following their peak expansion in peripheral blood at Week 48 and Incidence and severity of adverse events and dose-limiting toxicities at Week 48.
