Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of tissue-plasminogen activator in pulmonary embolism (PE) (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Thrombus burden reduction (intervention vs. heparin) at 96 hours and Thrombus burden reduction (USAT vs. embolectomy) at 96 hours. Started Jun 2026; status: recruiting.
