Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of DSB2455 in breast cancer, ovarian cancer, castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) and 2 more, sponsored by Duke Street Bio. Primary endpoints: Number of patients demonstrating dose limiting toxicities and Serious Adverse Events at 1 year and Number of patients exhibiting reduction in tumor size at 1 year.
