Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of allogeneic neonatal mesenchymal stromal cells in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Emory University. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants with freedom from any Common Toxicity Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) Grade 3 or greater at 12 months and Maximum tolerated dose at 12 months.
