Compound Alverine Citrate for Portal Hypertension in Cirrhosis

Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of alverine in Portal Hypertension (PH), sponsored by Shanghai Changzheng Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events, serious adverse events, and adverse events leading to discontinuation at 24 weeks and Response rate at 24 weeks of treatment.
