Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) comparing Belumosudil plus maintenance IS with Placebo + maintenance IS (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time from randomization to the first occurrence of probable or definite CLAD, lung retransplant, or death. Started Mar 2025; status: recruiting.
