Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in myelofibrosis (MF) comparing Navtemadlin + Ruxolitinib with Placebo + Ruxolitinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Spleen Volume Reduction ≥35% at 24 weeks and Total Symptom Score Reduction ≥50% at 24 weeks. Started Jun 2024; status: recruiting.
